Photoshop CC 2014 stürzt direkt nach frischer Installation + Update und Start ab

Hab gestern das Abo für Photoshop CC abgeschlossen. Adobe-Cloud geladen, installiert und danach Photoshop installiert. Beim ersten Start hat es tadellos Funktioniert. Danach hab ich direkt ein Update (Photoshop + Camera Raw) gemacht. Den Rechner neu gestartet und seit her stürzt Photoshop nach 2-5 Sekunden einfach ab. Das Ereignisprotokoll sagt folgendes:

Im offiziellen Adobe Forum ist die Rede vom Grafiktreiber. Teste ich als nächstes. Wobei der eigentlich aktuell sein sollte bzw. ich auch nicht recht verstehe wieso es vor dem Update funktioniert hat.

Da hier der eine oder andere auch Photoshop nutzt, dachte ich, ich frage hier mal nach. Vielleicht hatte das Problem ja schon mal jemand.

hatte ich noch nie, aber da dir ja hier die msvcrt.dll als Ursache angeboten wird, ergibt es Sinn, dies ezu ersetzen. Sie gehört zur Visual++ (Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime DLL). Vielleicht installierst du einfach mal Microsofts Visual ++ neu und der Fehler verschwindet.

Das ist auch eine Idee! Bei der Installation über Adobe Cloud kam tatsächlich auch ein ein Fehler der irgendwas mit einem Microsoft-Tool zu tun hatte. Hab ich glatt vergessen weil es anfangs ja funktionierte.

Step 1: To uninstall the package:

a. Open Programs and Features.
b. From the list, find Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and click on it.
c. Right click on it and select Uninstall
d. Restart the computer.


Step 2ownload and install the latest package and see if it helps.

Update:

Neue Grafikkartentreiber installiert. Kein Erfolg. Hab jetzt mal alle Microsoft Visual C++ Komponenten deinstalliert. Will ich das nun neu installieren bekomme ich folgende Meldung

Ok, dachte das Problem wird vielleicht vom Adobe Installer gefixt. Hab also mal Photoshop deinstalliert und neu installiert. Bekomme da aber auch einen Fehler:

Ok, also versuche ich mal weiter das doofe Microsoft Visual C++ zu installieren

PS: Der Witz ist das Photoshop jetzt trotzdem läuft. Halt ohne das neuste Update

Leider immer noch kein Erfolg! Außerdem ist mir aufgefallen das ich unter c:\users\godlike\appdate\local gleich zwei temp-Ordner habe. Auf einen der Beidern hab ich gar keinen Zugriff. Auch wenn ich den Explorer als Administrator starte. Scheint da wäre doch mehr im Argen :/

Muss ich jetzt echt Windows platt machen!?

Update: Ok, hab jetzt von da Microsoft Visual C++ (x64 + x86) installieren können:

Installiere jetzt Photoshop also zum dritten mal neu

edit: Geil, die Adobe-Server sind anscheinend nicht erreichbar. Leck mich doch! Da hat man mit den gecrackten Versionen nie ein Problem und mit der gekauften kackt alles ab

Letztes Update: Es funktioniert nun!

Nach einem Neustart ging dann auch die Adobe Cloud wieder, dann das Update von PS gemacht und siehe da es läuft endlich! Was ne Geburt
