• Hallo liebe Userinnen und User,

    nach bereits längeren Planungen und Vorbereitungen sind wir nun von vBulletin auf Xenforo umgestiegen. Die Umstellung musste leider aufgrund der Serverprobleme der letzten Tage notgedrungen vorverlegt werden. Das neue Forum ist soweit voll funktionsfähig, allerdings sind noch nicht alle der gewohnten Funktionen vorhanden. Nach Möglichkeit werden wir sie in den nächsten Wochen nachrüsten. Dafür sollte es nun einige der Probleme lösen, die wir in den letzten Tagen, Wochen und Monaten hatten. Auch der Server ist nun potenter als bei unserem alten Hoster, wodurch wir nun langfristig den Tank mit Bytes vollgetankt haben.

    Anfangs mag die neue Boardsoftware etwas ungewohnt sein, aber man findet sich recht schnell ein. Wir wissen, dass ihr alle Gewohnheitstiere seid, aber gebt dem neuen Board eine Chance.
    Sollte etwas der neuen oder auch gewohnten Funktionen unklar sein, könnt ihr den "Wo issn da der Button zu"-Thread im Feedback nutzen. Bugs meldet ihr bitte im Bugtracker, es wird sicher welche geben die uns noch nicht aufgefallen sind. Ich werde das dann versuchen, halbwegs im Startbeitrag übersichtlich zu halten, was an Arbeit noch aussteht.

    Neu ist, dass die Boardsoftware deutlich besser für Mobiltelefone und diverse Endgeräte geeignet ist und nun auch im mobilen Style alle Funktionen verfügbar sind. Am Desktop findet ihr oben rechts sowohl den Umschalter zwischen hellem und dunklem Style. Am Handy ist der Hell-/Dunkelschalter am Ende der Seite. Damit sollte zukünftig jeder sein Board so konfigurieren können, wie es ihm am liebsten ist.


    Die restlichen Funktionen sollten eigentlich soweit wie gewohnt funktionieren. Einfach mal ein wenig damit spielen oder bei Unklarheiten im Thread nachfragen. Viel Spaß im ngb 2.0.

Ich bleib bei meinem 3D Extreme hab damit schon 1 Cobra und 2 Eagle Spieler in die Flucht geschlagen.

Habe heute meine Cobra .MK. III bekommen hab mich gestern den ganzen Tag mit einem Hauler CR verdient aber der hat nur 16 Cargoslots die Cobra hat 36 und ist schneller muhahahah...

Ich wünschte nur das Spieler rallen würden was rot und grüne Lampen an den Docking Ports bedeuten!!

Ist das erste Spiel was ich mitm Joystick richtig spiele. Ich war wohl wegen manuell docken und landen etwas überfordert. :p

Werde mir demnächst so ein TrackClip für FaceTrackNoIR zusammenbasteln.
Billige Alternative bis die Oculus endlich rauskommt.

Docken schaff ich im Durchschnitt in 20 sekunden wenn nicht gerade wieder ein Depp auf der falschen Seite die Station raus fliegt.

Da gibts einen Trick wie die sau schnell die Zielkreise triffst = Wenn Du so nah bist das die die Ziehlkreise siehst das Schiff so ausrichten das du mit der "F" Taste (schub nach unten) direkt die Mitte triffst

Docken schaff ich jetzt locker mit 150-200 speed. :)

Lohnt sich das Spiel?

Ich habs zwar nicht, aber was ich so bisher gesehen habe. Verdammt geil!

Aber ist schon etwas anspruchsvoller. Denke aber die Zeit die du investierst lohnt sich dann.

Es gibt 400 Milliarden Sternensystem zu entdecken :O

Einfach so rumschweben und durch die Ringe des Saturns fliegen. Woww

Mir ist die Kinnlade runtergefallen, als ich das zum ersten mal sah.

Kommt darauf an. Willst du wie bei einem Arcade-Spiel einfach herumfliegen können? Dann definitv nein. Es hat durchaus einen Grund wieso ich mir extra für das Spiel einen Hotas gekauft habe. Die Steuerung ist recht komplett und braucht Einarbeitungszeit.

Eine Kombination aus Joystick und Schubkontrolle. Alternativ käme noch ein normaler Joystick in Frage. Mit Maus und/oder Tastatur ist Elite Dangerous eigentlich nicht spielbar.

Das Spiel lohnt sich evtl. dahingehend das die Immersion großartig ist ,also ich fühle mich manchmal als wäre ich wirklich in einen Raumschiff :D (und das ohne VR-Brille oder TrackIR).
Soll heißen das einfach alles stimmt was zur Atmosphäre beiträgt (also guter Ton mit einer sehr hübschen Grafik).
Ein Joystick oder gar ein HOTAS ist dabei empfehlenswert. Ich spiele mit der Joystick(Logitech extrem 3d pro) + Tastatur Kombo.
Notfalls einfach bei youtube suchen und selbst entscheiden :D

Ich bin selbst zum Andocken zu blöde hab die Tutorials noch nicht beendet weil das Game so "Oldschool" ist das einem absolut nix erklärt wird, musste mich bei jedem Tutorial Punbkt ne Virtelstunde durch die Tabellen mit den Drölfmilliarden Tastenbelegungen klicken und hab dann einfach die Lust verloren.
Selbst ein Opel von 2008 kann heute selbst einparken.....

Das Docking wird zum Beispiel unter http://www.elitedangerous.com/guide/ erklärt. Im offiziellen Handbuch (http://www.elitedangerous.de/dokumente/ELITE-DANGEROUS-GAME-MANUAL.pdf) sowie im Pilots Guide (http://www.elitedangerous.de/dokumente/Elite Dangerous.Pilots Guide.Manual.Tutorial.pdf) wird ebenfalls darauf eingegangen. Grob zusammengefasst wählt man mit T die Station als Ziel aus. Dann bittet man im linken Menü um Landeerlaubnis. Nun fliegt man in die Station und sucht seinen Landplatz. Dann fährt man im rechten Menü die Landestützen aus und landet vorsichtig.

Elite Dangerous ist eben, wie bereits ein paar Beiträge weiter oben angemerkt, kein Causual-Game bei dem alles auf Knopfdruck funktioniert.

Die Lernkurve des Spiels ist eigentlich gar nicht so steil wie oft erzählt wird.
Hab mir dafür nen X52 geholt und einfach mit den ingame Tutorials losgelegt. Klar, der Anfang ist zäh, aber nach ein paar Stunden Spielzeit kommt man wirklich gut klar und kann ordentlich Kohle machen.

Das beste an E: D ist, ist dass man dem Spiel völlig egal ist. Man wird in die Welt gesetzt, bekommt kaum Startkapital und muss nach sich selbst schauen. Man wird nicht an die Hand genommen und hat sich alles selbst zu erarbeiten.
Der erste Abschuss, das erste hart verdiente Geld, das erste selbst entdeckte System, das erste neue Schiff und und und, alles ist immer ein schönes Erfolgserlebnis.

Bin bisher nur gespannt wie sich das Game mit der Zeit entwickelt, da sonst vielleicht irgendwann die Langzeitmotivation fehlt.

Diesen Monat soll das Wings-Update kommen. Endlich zusammen in den Hyperraum Springen und ihn verlassen, wird dem Spiel hoffentlich gut tun.
Aktuell ist es nur eine Space-LKW simulation :)

War eben zwischen 2 Systemen unterwegs und habe den Treibstoffsammler vergessen... Nicht schön.
War zum Glück nur eine Viper :D

Hatte vorhin auch einen super lauf, durch den ich in ca 20 Minuten knapp 120K Credits durch Bountyhunting gemacht habe.

Das Update 1.1 wird derzeit aber nur getestet, ihr fangt dort wieder von 0 an in einer Sidewinder (seperater CMDR). Glaube zudem ist es nur für Backer verfügbar ,kann mich da aber täuschen und es betrifft nur das Wing Update (Gruppe bei open play)

@Vark: Was genau ist das ? Sieht mir nicht nach (nur) TrackClip und auch nicht nach Oculus aus.
